The Bachelor of Science in interior design is a course that gives students both a strong educational foundation in interior design as well as an opportunity to experience and use the newest and most up-to-date computer software programs and technology in interior design. Students completing the program will be able to work as home designers and interior designers, marketing and display professionals and home consultants and sales representatives.
Classes in the program will highlight interior design principles and practices, color theory, space management and design, construction technology and the use of technology in interior design. Students will have the opportunity to work with various programs, operating systems and software during the program. In addition students will gain experience in purchasing, marketing, management and accounting and financial aspects of business management and interior design projects.
