An Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration will allow students to focus on the necessary skills to be an effective manager in any type of business, small or large. Classes will include information on human resources and development, marketing, management and strategic planning and daily operation models. Classes will also include communication skills, effective management practices and long and short-term strategies and development. The classes will provide information on international business and financial planning for various sized corporations, businesses and organizations.
Classes are designed to be practical and applicable to real world work situations. Students will study business administration through legal issues, ethical concerns and differences between various types of businesses including non-profits and entrepreneurial businesses.
