The goal of the Executive Leadership: Preparing for an Uncertain Future Online Certificate is to allow participates to strategically plan an information based assessment of their company or agency based on various market conditions and trends. Students will use Porter's Five Forces model to conduct an industry assessment for their own company or agency. Emphasis will be data collection and assessment, evaluation and analysis and logical and strategic planning based on the information collected.
