Management and administration in not-for-profit companies is the focus of the MS in Management - Nonprofit Leadership. Students will understand the legal and ethical issues involved in working with a nonprofit agency, fundraising issues and challenges, working with diverse groups in nonprofit agencies, strategic planning, financial management and managing staff in a nonprofit agency or organization. Emphasis will be placed on creating effective and efficient leadership skills that will be successful this unique type of work environment.
