The goal of the Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management is to allow students to gain experience and understanding of several aspects of the structure of a business or organization to assist with management and productivity. Students will learn about human behavior, effective supervision, organizational efficiency assessment, reporting, development of human resources and business culture and climate and their effect on productivity and employee retention. Students entering the program will need to be employed or have some experience in areas of supervision, planning or management.
