Even though people who work for corporations usually have college degrees, additional training may be needed when introducing new technology, new processes, or retrain people in their current positions. Corporate training seminars are usually a day or two long depending on the information that is being presented and are usually given to those who will be working in management or who will be joining a team. Training materials usually include informational packets, presentation materials, contact numbers, and instructions if learning a new computer software program. Those who undergo this type of training usually find it very useful and interesting.
