Students employed as electricians or machine workers can gain additional skills and knowledge by completing the Electrical Technology option in the AS in Applied Science and Technology program. The sixty-hour program includes 21 credit hours of general education, 21 credit hours in the option field, and 18 free elective credits. Courses may include digital electronics, direct and alternating current circuits, electronic devices, industrial motor controls, AC/DC machines and electrical technology electives.
