Nurses who have previously earned both an RN license and a BSN degree can continue their education by completing the Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree at Thomas Edison State College. Courses in Nursing Education, core studies in Nursing, and two additional electives make up the 36-credit hours required to complete the program. It is recommended that applicants previously complete two years experience in nursing, in addition to the RN and BSN requirements.
