Students that graduate from the Bachelor of Business Administration in legal studies will be prepared to understand, interpret and communicate legal issues, laws, policies and regulations with regards to business operation and management. Students do not need to complete a full law degree to provide legal advice and perspectives to business managers, boards of directors, or management teams on local, national or international issues with regards to business law.
The course of study in the Bachelor of Business Administration in legal studies will include classes in international business law, financial management, contracts and acquisitions, conflict resolution and court procedures, legal ethics, legal research and case review, legal writing and drafting courses.
