The Bachelor of Science in information systems security includes classes on networking security, identity security threats, e-business and security, management of information and firewalls and other security measures to prevent access to the system by hackers and unauthorized people. The graduates of the program will be able to assess, evaluate and analyze existing information systems as well a modify and troubleshoot these systems. They will also be able to make recommendations for new systems and work to design and implement these systems in a variety of business, corporations and companies.
Classes will include system analysis, technical troubleshooting, networking security, software programs and hardware devices, monitoring and managing security systems as well as effective leadership courses. Programs will include state of the art computer software as well as allow students to work with the latest networking systems in this rapidly evolving career.
