Rasmussen College has over one hundred years experience in producing well rounded well educated students. Rasmussen is a private four year college. There are twenty two brick and mortar campuses not including their online division. Rasmussen College is accredited by Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges & Schools (NCA). While the school primarily focuses on traditional learning it is advancing its online program as well. All programs traditional and distance education are accredited programs.

Rasmussen College is committed to developing students into confident professionals who are leaders in their community. Currently the school offers the following schools of study (program availability varies by campus): Business, Education, Health Sciences, Justice Studies, Nursing, and Technology. Rasmussen also has a great history of success, a student focused experience, financial aid to those who qualify, academic support, and career placement services in order to aid all students in achieving success.

Rasmussen College Online provides students with ready web access to their virtual campus. Once logged in the students can access email, course information, grades, discussion boards and chats. Students will access lessons, course descriptions, resources, courses syllabi and assignments via the student portal. The virtual campus gives the students and instructors the opportunity to meet and help each at their convenience. Students study during times that are easiest for them. The flexibility of offering distance learning courses for non traditional students, typical working adults, allows them to continue with their work and family obligations and still advance or change their careers in a convenient time frame.

Financial aid advisors are available to assist students with putting together a suitable aid package to pay for their education. Federal loans and grants are available through the United States Department of Education Title IV funding program for all qualifying students. Alternative education loans are available in addition. Financial aid advisors will assist students with finding scholarships as well. The school has an outstanding personalized academic support service available to all of our students at no additional cost. The school also offers each student tutoring services, an extensive online and on campus library system, 24/7 personal technical support, and subject matter expert librarians who can answer your course-specific questions. There is financial assistance available through military tuition assistance and many employers also participate in employee tuition reimbursement for all that qualify.
