St. Joseph College has been an established college in New York since 1916. This well known Liberal Arts college began offering online courses and was rewarded with greater enrollment numbers. St. Joseph College only offers one degree program online right now, the Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management online program. This program has been accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education.
The St. Joseph College Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management is geared towards education and career progression. The program is strictly for students with prior education or work experience; in fact, most of the students are employed full time while they complete their course credit hours. St. Joseph College requires its students of the online BS degree to have post-secondary education or work experience in supervisory careers.
The main focuses of the BS in Organizational Management are organizational behavior, human resources, and management. The student will learn the importance of organizational behavior principles as they pertain to human resources and management situations. The program will give the student the comprehensive knowledge needed to succeed in advanced careers in specific training positions, business development, and even independent business opportunities. Completion of the BS in Organizational Management requires the student to participate in classes presented entirely online. The program consists of 32 credit hours, all earned through online courses.
